Sagemcom, Major Player in the French Smart Meter Industry, Chosen by ERDF to Provide More Than 1.2 Million Meters and Data Concentrators Linky

Following a call for tender, Sagemcom will provide more than 1.2 million meters and data concentrators for the Linky program, establishing its position as a key player in the French smart meter industry.
With nearly 1 million products to be deployed by 2017, Sagemcom is the only actor to be present on the entire G3 smart meters chain, a technology with a strong export potential.

Every day, 250 people located in Rueil-Malmaison (head office of Sagemcom) contribute to the research, the development, the design and the marketing of meters, data concentrators and software for the management of electricity, gas, and water. The production of these communicating products will be carried out in Dinan, in the heart of an ecosystem perfectly adapted to the assembly of large series of smart meters.
