Work will be performed in Charleston and Orangeburg, S.C.; Warren, Mich.; Albany, Ga.; and Quantico, Va.

SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic's RCI operation focuses on shortening the lead time of delivering command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) integrated vehicles to the warfighter. The RCI operation is utilized by the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and the Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Under the contract, SAIC will provide program support in areas including program management, engineering, logistics, integration, and test and evaluation.
