Salient CRGT Leader Honored as Winner in the AFCEA InnovateIT Awards for Innovation in Continuous Process Improvement

As innovation continues to change government technology for the better, these awards honor individuals or groups whose contributions to information technology have significance beyond their organizations. Mr. Ruskin's #ThinkProcess Campaign focuses on identifying, defining, and enhancing processes so they can be effectively targeted to improve outcomes. The video-based campaign is designed to inspire and empower process owners to participate in process improvement activities, and fosters a culture of accountability within agencies regarding waste awareness and reduction. Using a "Plan-Do-Check-Adjust" methodology, a continuous process improvement cycle is created, standards are established, and quality and efficiency are improved.

Mr. Ruskin has over 11 years of consulting experience in the diverse fields of clinical care, program management, strategy, policy, research, finance, informatics, education, and business process improvement and program operations.
