Salt Security Announces Expanded Integrations with CrowdStrike to Give Joint Customers Added Visibility and Control Over AI Agent Activity

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Salt Security today announced expanded integrations with the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform. The integrations between Salt's Agentic API platform and CrowdStrike Falcon® Foundry, CrowdStrike Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM, and CrowdStrike Falcon® Firewall Management complement CrowdStrike's native AI Detection and Response (AIDR) capabilities with Falcon Guardian, giving joint customers even more visibility and control over AI agent activity.

Enterprise AI adoption has moved past experimentation. AI agents now hold credentials, connect to internal systems through MCP servers and tools, invoke APIs, and take consequential action on behalf of users. As agentic AI adoption grows, security teams need visibility across the connections and API activity that enable agents to act across the enterprise.

Salt Security and CrowdStrike have worked together since 2022, when Falcon Fund, CrowdStrike's strategic investment vehicle, invested in Salt Security. The companies have since delivered a certified Salt application on CrowdStrike Falcon Foundry and a native integration with CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. This announcement extends that work to AI agent activity.

Through the certified Salt application on CrowdStrike Falcon Foundry, joint customers deploy Salt using their existing Falcon sensor, with no additional gateways or proxies. With CrowdStrike and Salt, customers can discover the agents operating in the environment, the MCP servers and tools they connect through, the APIs those connections invoke, and the permissions attached to each, including MCP servers exposed to the public internet and integrations that never went through review.

Those findings flow into CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, where agent inventory, posture findings, and behavioral detections are correlated with endpoint, identity, and cloud telemetry that customers already collect in Falcon. When agent behavior is detected that departs from an established baseline, customers can trigger automated response through CrowdStrike Falcon Firewall Management.

The result for joint customers is a single place to answer which AI agents are running, what those agents are connected to and permitted to reach, and whether their current behavior still matches that permission.
