Sands Bethlehem Adds Buddy V's To Impressive List Of Dining Options

BETHLEHEM, Pa., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sands Bethlehem, a Bethlehem, Pa., casino and entertainment destination, announced that it will add another famous name to its line-up of dining options. Slated to open in spring 2016, Buddy Valastro's "Buddy V's" will serve Italian-American classics in the space which formerly housed St. James Gate.

Building on the success of the original Buddy V's, located at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, also a Las Vegas Sands Corp. property, the Pennsylvania location will similarly serve Valastro's family favorites like Sunday Gravy, Steak Pizzaiola and Linguine and Clams with Lobster, all recipes passed down from his mother, grandmother and aunts. Known best as the star of the hit TLC series "Cake Boss," renowned baker and chef Valastro promises there will also be an impressive dessert selection, including zeppole, cannoli and the world famous lobster tail pastry.
