GEORGETOWN, Texas, April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Santa Rita Ranch, a premiere new master-planned 3,100-acre residential community in Georgetown, Texas, kicks off a 7-week-long Grand Opening celebration, the "Full Bloom Home Tour," beginning the weekend of April 18-19 with 9 fully-decorated model homes.
The Grand Opening will be held from noon to 5 pm on April 18 – 19 followed by 6 additional weekends of unique activities. Home builders include:

The central amenity to the community is the Ranch House, a 6,000 sq. ft. resort center designed by California architect, Robert Hidey. The Ranch house overlooks three different pools: a junior Olympic pool with competitive lap lanes, a kids splash park, and an adjacent water park with two 18-foot, two-story water slides. Phase I of Santa Rita Ranch is planned for 1,200 homes and residents will enjoy a town center that will include restaurants, shopping and daily services. The developer has set aside 70 acres of land for on-site schools and will donate a minimum of $6 million for education.
