Santa Rita Ranch is located north of Austin and near Liberty Hill, two miles off 183 North, just north of the Ronald Reagan Blvd and Hwy 29 intersection. It is developed by Mariner Real Estate, with a distinctive Hill Country style.
Phase I of Santa Rita Ranch is planned for 1,200 homes and residents will enjoy a town center that will include restaurants, shopping and daily services. The development will feature a total of nine distinct villages. Each village will boast unique amenities, with access to pools, parks, hike and bike trails, on-site schools, and sports fields.
The project is one of the only master-planned communities in the area offering natural gas service. In addition, the project includes infrastructure from SuddenLink to offer 1,000 MEGs of internet speed to its residence by June 2015.
135 acres will be dedicated solely to green space which includes trails linking to future six on-site public school campuses. The community includes home sites in two highly acclaimed school districts, Liberty Hill and Georgetown. The developer has set aside 70 acres of land for on-site schools and will donate a minimum of $6 million for education.
Developer, Ed Horne notes that, "With the combination of our extensive amenities, traditionally desirable Northwest location, latest technology, natural gas and top of the line nationally acclaimed builders we feel we at Santa Rita Ranch have the most compelling offering in the Northwest market today." The Northwest corridor has always been the premier location for quality housing in the Central Texas area.
The project is also in proximity to Georgetown, Round Rock, Leander and Cedar Park. Austin is only minutes away via the new Hwy 183 Toll Road.
