In "Improving the Workplace," actors from Second City Improv deliver another satirical episode as they participate in a training workshop where they are asked to share their feelings in a round-table therapy session. Sappi's own Robert Forsberg, VP of Sales & Business Development also makes a special cameo appearance in this episode.
