Sappi Limited Directorate -- PROFESSOR M FELDBERG

JOHANNESBURG, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Having reached Sappi's mandatory retirement age for non-executive directors, Professor M Feldberg will retire from the Sappi Board on 31 December 2012.  He will be succeeded as Lead Independent Director, by Sir Nigel Rudd, who has been a director of Sappi for more than six years.
