Sarah, with 15 years of experience, had been with Lippincott in New York since 2004. As a client leader, she was a senior member of its strategy group and headed a team dedicated to brand development. She previously was an associate at Oliver Wyman in London and New York.
During the course of her career, her experience has ranged from research and analytics, to employee engagement and customer experience, but she has focused more recently on the nuances behind brand identity and its expression through positioning, naming, visual identity, and beyond. The industries where she's consulted include financial services, automotive, consumer electronics, online retail, telecommunications, healthcare, and hospitality.
Sarah is a graduate of Oxford, who also holds her M.A. degree from New York University.
