Live Maps Unity is a powerful, unifying solution for monitoring service health and performance, bringing IT and business together. Live Maps Unity integrates seamlessly with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, Service Manager, and ServiceNow and smoothly integrates into your organizational processes for incident and change management.

There are several new features added to Live Maps Unity, including:
- Advanced Service Level Agreement Monitoring - to enable operations teams and business Service Owners to receive proactive notifications when individual SLAs are in danger of not being met. Each service level agreement created by Live Maps Unity now has a System Center Operations Manager monitor associated with it. The monitor offers various levels of alerts, from Healthy to Warning to Critical, as the SLA approaches, and, if not corrected, ends with the Breach alert.
- Brand New Web Portal - Live Maps Unity can now be viewed on any mobile device with the new, responsive web portal. Completely Silverlight-free, the portal shows the health explorer, configure maintenance mode, and execute tasks for any System Center Operations Manager object.
