Educators using Momentum Math assessments, now enhanced with Quantile measures, can monitor student progress, compare student performance with their national peers, and even forecast students' end-of-year outcomes on assessments. Momentum Math is the only adaptive, norm-referenced assessment that fully integrates with enVision Mathematics and Experience Math, accessible on the Savvas Realize platform.

Nearly half of the states in the nation utilize Quantile measures through their accountability assessments, and Quantile measures are available in all 50 states at the local level. With Momentum Math being upgraded to include Quantile measures, educators across the country have a powerful tool to forecast student performance on end-of-year assessments, including state assessments that report Quantile measures. Momentum Math also recommends standards-aligned instructional materials from Savvas core math curriculum and Momentum's Concept Library to help students achieve greater growth.

The Quantile framework uses the same scale to measure both a student's mathematics ability and the level of difficulty of mathematics standards or materials, providing an indicator of student readiness for any given instructional content. Now with Quantile measures for K-8, teachers can view each student's end-of-year forecast, making it easy to identify which students are on track and which may need additional support to reach grade-level expectations.
