Saybrook Country Barn Announces Business Name Change to Saybrook Home

OLD SAYBROOK, Conn., Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Family owned and operated retailer, Saybrook Country Barn, located in Old Saybrook, CT announces a new name for their longstanding retail location, now known as Saybrook Home.  A cornerstone of Old Saybrook located at the foot of Main Street, the 41 year old business has continued to evolve one of the area's largest shoreline retail destinations for the home.  From what started as a 4000 square foot home and barn, today has become 42,000 square feet of retail shopping, sprawling between 2 buildings featuring curated design products, furnishings, and fashions for the home and individual lifestyles. 

"It has been over forty years since my Grandmother founded what was originally the Marlborough Country Barn.  She had a simple philosophy for the business: provide great products, with great service, listen to your customers, and live your best life.  Well, our customers have spoken and we have listened, which is why we are changing our name from Saybrook Country Barn to Saybrook Home," said Keith A. The new brand, Saybrook Home, was envisioned by the Bolles family along with local marketing and design agency, dreamscapes design group.  The designers were engaged to help guide the new brand to achieve the feeling of a welcome home that would resonate with current customers and connect with those of the future.
