Effective immediately, sbe now manages KUMI Japanese Restaurant and Bar, RED SQUARE Restaurant & Vodka Lounge and CITIZENS Kitchen and Bar, all located at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.  This exciting expansion further reinforces sbe's strong relationship with MGM Resorts International, which already includes Mandalay Bay's management of the iconic Delano Las Vegas.

With the addition of the restaurants to the Disruptive Restaurant Group portfolio, sbe further pursues its strategy to expand its offering in the lifestyle hospitality segment worldwide in top travel and culinary destinations, with a focus on unique dining concepts and elevated culinary experience for its guests.
