Coming in at Number two, Sands Investment Group is a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the buying and selling of net lease properties. Ranking third and headquartered in Ladson, South Carolina, was Innovative Vehicle Solutions, a progressive automotive body builder and up- fitter which offers a wide range of up-fitting solutions from basic shelving and decal installation to ground up designing and manufacturing of custom components.

M.B. Kahn Construction Co. Inc., headquartered in Columbia, SC, was presented with the South Carolina Economic Impact Award.
