Schell Brothers Launches Kincade Homes

When the Schell team first sat down to discuss Kincade, the team soon realized that they weren't willing to make any of the sacrifices that are typically associated with affordable production homes. "We are proud of our homes' curb appeal, quality, and extremely high energy efficiency," Schell said.  "We just couldn't get ourselves to cut any of these features.  We discussed using cheaper materials and less experienced (cheaper) tradesmen, but doing this would be so inconsistent with how we feel about our company and everything we believe in.  We just couldn't do it."
