The first part assessed each company's workplace policies, practices and philosophy, accounting for 25 percent of the evaluation. The second part was an employee survey on their experience working for the company, which counted for 75 percent of the total evaluation.
The employee answers to the survey revealed that 98 percent of Schimenti's workforce has confidence in the leadership of the company and is proud to work there. 95 percent of the employees also stated they intend to continue their careers at Schimenti for at least two more years, and 100 percent of them believe safety is a top priority for the organization.
