Helen will be responsible for overseeing Schneider Electric's people strategy and driving the company's vision of creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

Helen will be based at Schneider Electric's Boston One Campus in Andover, Massachusetts, the company's North American headquarters and one of five global research and development (R&D) centers worldwide.
