IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Scholle Corporation and IPN, both global leaders in performance packaging solutions, jointly announced today that they have agreed to combine their businesses to form a new diverse performance packaging company, employing over 2,000 people globally. The combination of IPN and Scholle will provide performance-based packaging solutions from its multiple manufacturing locations in North America, Europe, Australia, Latin America, China, and India to the world's largest brands who, in turn, serve millions of people on a daily basis.
