Mozarsky will lead the day-to-day operations of the Media and Partner Solutions businesses and focus on driving profitable growth around UBM Tech's iconic brands and communities, such as InformationWeek, EE Times and Dr. Dobb's. Mozarsky will also apply his deep digital and content marketing experience to help expand UBM Tech's marketing services portfolio and its market-leading position as a provider of content marketing services and scalable custom solutions to the technology industry.

Mozarsky has held various executive roles with PR Newswire, CMP Media and UBM plc. In his current position as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Commercial Officer for PR Newswire, Mozarsky played a critical role in the company's successful transformation into a leader of content distribution and earned media syndication. Prior to joining PR Newswire, Mozarsky was EVP and COO of CMP Media, responsible for working with each of its divisions to achieve profitable growth. From 2002-2007, Mozarsky headed up global corporate development & M&A for UBM plc North American based subsidiaries. Mozarsky has completed over 75 acquisitions and a number of divestitures for UBM plc subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America, including over 25 for UBM Tech. From 2002-2009, Mozarsky also served as General Counsel for UBM plc subsidiaries in North America and Latin America.
Prior to joining UBM plc, Mozarsky spent eight years at two multinational law firms representing media, technology, telecommunications, insurance and manufacturing companies that focus on cross-border transactions. Mozarsky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Williams College and his J.D. from Fordham Law School. He lives in Armonk, New York, with his wife Robin and their children, Jake and Brooke.
