Seagis Property Group Acquires 160,000 SF Industrial Building in Elizabeth, New Jersey

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 160,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The building, located at 535 Dowd Avenue, has extensive frontage on the New Jersey Turnpike and is within one mile of Newark Liberty International Airport and the Port of Elizabeth. The building was acquired vacant.
