Alexander is a recognized leader with 20 years of experience in the contract management space.  In his new position, he will help Seal customers accelerate their contract management initiatives by advising on best practices throughout the various stages of contract management – from locating thousands of current contracts and contractual obligations with Seal Contract Discovery, to advanced analytics and ad-hoc clause extraction creation with Seal Contract Analytics. In addition, Alexander will work with Seal customers to focus on helping organizations effectively manage the risk, governance and compliance of their overall contract portfolios.  Prior to joining Seal, Alexander was Practice Executive for Enterprise Contract Management with IBM, and served as a Strategic Solutions Director with Emptoris, a leading developer of contract lifecycle management software acquired by IBM. Alexander holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.

Wojcik's unique career experience also spans legal service management positions at Pangea3, a Thomson Reuters business, the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) and Kelly Law Registry.  Wojcik received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Brockport.
