Seattle Coffee Gear Opens its Fourth Retail Store in Seattle, Wash.
SEATTLE, June 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Washington state-based coffee equipment retailer Seattle Coffee Gear is expanding its presence in the area by opening a fourth store located in Westlake Center in downtown Seattle on Tuesday, July 15th.

The store will feature a variety of home espresso machines, coffee makers, coffee grinders and related accessories, making it one of the only retail stores of its kind in the United States. In addition to their extensive selection of coffee equipment, Seattle Coffee Gear's Westlake location will have an increased selection of fresh, locally roasted coffee as well as blends from Italian roasters such as illy and Lavazza.
The goal of the new location is to replicate and expand upon the information found on Seattle Coffee Gear's website and share that knowledge hands-on with local customers that are interested in learning more about coffee and equipment. To help facilitate this experience, all the machines and gear will be setup for demonstration and use so that customers can learn how the products work and taste the coffee they produce prior to purchase. The store will also host regular coffee tastings and brewing demonstrations, allowing Seattle area residents and visitors alike to experience the roasts and preparations that have gained the city worldwide notoriety for its coffee.
Opening a store in their namesake city is an excellent move for the retailer, since being located in the heart of Seattle will be a great opportunity for the business.
