Seed Strategy CEO Susan Jones Names Chad Buecker President and COO

Buecker has held the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Cincinnati-based brand strategy and new product innovation agency since 2012. Moving forward, he will continue to manage the agency's operations team in addition to taking on elevated leadership and agency oversight responsibilities. Jones will remain as CEO, with Buecker's promotion broadening the agency's leadership strength.

Buecker is a lifelong leader with vast experience across different types of agencies and brands. Over the course of his career, he's worked with world-class companies like Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Hershey, McDonald's and more.
