Homeowners who fall behind on their payments often times aren't aware of all the options available to prevent losing their home to the bank or the highest bidder at auction.  The answer could be as simple as refinancing, but if that isn't possible, selling via a short sale, selling traditionally with an agent, or selling quickly to an investor are other available choices.  Sell My House Fast Los Angeles is able to work with owners in the initial, middle and even the final stages of the foreclosure process.

"When an owner is facing foreclosure, the biggest mistake I see them make is not taking any action at all," says Christina Rice, owner of Lemonade Homes.  "They simply wait and fall farther and farther behind until the bank takes their home all the way to auction."

Christina goes on, "It doesn't have to be that one sided. Even if a homeowner knows they cannot make up those missed payments, they can take action that puts them back in a position of power.  They don't have to lose their home to foreclosure."

Zander Rice, the new head of Sell My House Fast Los Angeles adds, "Many people listen to the news and believe we are out of an economic crisis, but it's not true."  Zander continues, "a lot homeowners aren't making the salaries they made prior to 2008, their expenses continue to increase, and variable rate mortgages are rising to levels that cannot be sustained.  So, unfortunately for many, foreclosure is still a real threat."

Sell My House Fast Los Angeles often buys homes directly from homeowners in distress who decide that selling quickly for cash is their best option.  They purchase single family homes all over Los Angeles County in any condition. They also work closely with a well-vetted team of short sales specialists, reputable loan officers and other seasoned investors.
