Seller Labs Completes Spin-off of Popular Social Deals Website Snagshout.com

ATHENS, Ga., June 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Seller Labs, LLC announced it will spin off its social deals website Snagshout.com into an independently owned company. Customers who have been using Snagshout.com will now be working with Snagit, LLC. The strategic goal of this spinoff is to create two independent companies that better serve their respective customers. This transaction will not interrupt the service or functionality for customers of either company.
