Industry veteran to lead Sellers Dorsey's next chapter of growth, advancing data-informed strategies across public and private health sectors

With nearly 20 years of experience leading innovation, business growth, and strategic transformation, Duke brings a proven track record of aligning visionary strategies with measurable outcomes. Her expertise spans healthcare delivery, population health, managed care, AI-enabled digital health, and public-private partnerships. She has a proven track record of aligning bold commercial strategies with high-impact execution to drive value for clients.

Duke joins Sellers Dorsey from Oracle Health and Life Sciences, where she led global health network advisory services. In this role, she worked with providers, payers, and government agencies to deploy data-driven strategies that addressed complex regulatory requirements and population health challenges. Her work leveraged insights from clinical, financial, social, and environmental data to inform technology and services solutions that improved quality, patient experience, and cost of care.

Prior to her role at Oracle, Duke held senior roles in business development and strategic growth, where she led the acquisition and expansion of healthcare assets and virtual care models designed to improve affordability and access, especially for underserved populations. She began her career at Cardinal Health and Johnson & Johnson, helping clinical teams adopt breakthrough medical technologies to advance the Quadruple Aim, a framework that outlines four key objectives for improving healthcare delivery: improve patient experience, improve population health, reduce costs, and improve provider well-being.

Duke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Baker University. Her appointment marks a pivotal chapter for Sellers Dorsey as it accelerates its mission to support health systems, Medicaid programs, and the vulnerable populations they serve.
