Seltzer Financial Strategies and Equity Concepts North Merge with Parent Company, Equity Concepts

ALTOONA, Pa., April 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Seltzer Financial Strategies and Equity Concepts North (ECN), comprehensive financial services firms, are uniting under Equity Concepts, a Richmond, Virginia-based firm whose registered representatives serve clients in over 40 states and manage more than $875 million in assets.

Led by Amy Seltzer and David Halpern, each of the Altoona organizations have experienced great success as independent practices in the Pennsylvania market. The strategic merger of the offices with Equity Concepts is part of a growth strategy to increase resources available to all clients of the firm and expand the firm's mid-Atlantic footprint.
