SEMDA 2014 Conference Introduces Presenting Companies

ATLANTA, April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- From a record number of applicants for the 2014 Conference, Thriving During Healthcare Reform, the Southeastern Medical Device Association (SEMDA) has chosen 20 outstanding companies to present to investors and corporations seeking acquisition. The eighth annual SEMDA Conference will be held on May 7-8, 2014, at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center in Atlanta. Recognized as the premier gathering for the Southeast medical device industry, the Conference includes a prominent industry line up of Keynote Speakers including Gala Speaker John A. To assist with quality presentations that enhance the probability of presenting company financial goal attainment, each company will have a mentoring team of industry experts that includes an investor and a CEO, plus experts in legal, commercialization and finance.
The "Presenting Company SpotLight Winner," chosen as the best presenting company of the conference, will receive a registration and opportunity to present at the 2014 AdvaMed Conference in Chicago, a crystal trophy, and a designated press release of their win after the conference. The winner will be chosen by an independent panel of judges and attendees, and announced at the end of the conference.
