Semler Scientific® to Release Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results

(Nasdaq: SMLR), the second U.S. public company to adopt Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset and a leader in medical devices and software to combat chronic diseases, today announced that due to its pending transaction with Strive, Inc., the company will not be hosting a conference call or providing an accompanying earnings presentation in conjunction with its third quarter 2025 financial results.

Semler Scientific intends to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2025, on or about November 12, 2025.
