SenesTech Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz., July 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- SenesTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNES), a developer of proprietary technologies for managing animal pest populations through fertility control, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in a public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
SenesTech intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
