Seniors At The Jewish Home Recite Original Poetry For National Poetry Month

RESEDA, Calif., April 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- National Poetry Month has become the largest literary celebration in the world with schools, libraries, readers, poets, and even senior communities celebrating poetry's vital place in American culture. The Los Angeles Jewish Home (LAJH), one of the largest providers of senior healthcare services in Los Angeles, is taking part in the celebration. Three Jewish Home residents were filmed talking about their interactions with poetry—how it inspires them and sparks their creativity even when encountered later in life.
