Sentinel Net Lease Names Nikolas Mirando Vice President of Innovation

Appointment brings institutional real estate data leadership and hands-on AI systems development to the firm's operating platform

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sentinel Net Lease today announced that Nikolas Mirando has joined the firm as Vice President of Innovation. He began in the role on September 8, 2026.

In the newly created position, Mirando will lead the firm's data infrastructure, investor reporting and applied AI initiatives, building the systems that support Sentinel's acquisition, asset management and investor relations functions as the platform scales.

Mirando joins Sentinel from Kayne Anderson Real Estate, where he served as Associate, Sustainability and led portfolio data, reporting and innovation. There he designed and built a Power BI reporting platform spanning more than 1,100 assets, partnering with FP&A and data management teams on warehouse architecture and source-of-truth controls. He also led the firm's GRESB reporting program, delivering its first 5-Star fund.

Earlier in his career, Mirando led data management at Verdani Partners, and served as an energy and sustainability data analyst at Fairstead.

Mirando holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Rowan University.
