Serendipity Labs Coworking Adds Four Locations Along Atlanta's I-75 Corridor and Announces Alpharetta Lease of 26,025 sq. ft.
New franchise agreement brings current commitment to 10 locations, totaling approximately 200,000 sq. ft.
RYE, N.Y., Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- New York based Serendipity Labs Coworking has awarded franchise development rights for four new locations along the I-75 Corridor to experienced multi-location franchisee, Susan Hebert. Serendipity Labs also announced that veteran hotel franchisee, Paresh Master, will open a 26,025 sq. ft. workplace at 100 North Point Center in Alpharetta in July which will be the first of four on the GA-400 Corridor.
This brings the company's Atlanta network of urban and suburban locations scheduled for development to ten. A company-owned Serendipity Labs will open in Buckhead on the 21st floor of Three Alliance Center in May.
By opening suburban locations around a centralized urban Lab, Serendipity Labs is developing a hub and spoke network to provide upscale alternatives to long-term leases of under 10,000 sq. ft. that can be an adjunct to business headquarters. This allows them to support flexible work initiatives for remote teams, letting employees cut down on commute time by working close to home, yet not at home.
Corporate memberships with centralized billing, detailed reporting and contract portability allow for easy reassignment of memberships from employee to employee and from location to location as needs change.
