Serendipity Labs Coworking Awards Franchises for Four New U.S. Markets

Adds 22 urban and suburban locations to rapid national expansion

RYE, N.Y., Dec. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Serendipity Labs, Inc. today announced it has awarded exclusive development areas to franchisees who will add 22 locations in four cities across the country. The combined development schedule represents more than $30 million in additional capital for the coworking network in St. Louis, MO; Phoenix, AZ; Indianapolis, IN; and Pittsburgh, PA.

Terra Properties, led by CEO Robert Bowman, will develop St. Louis, MO and will open six Labs in total. Alex Perchuk and Robert Baker are partners in Advantage Partners, LLC for Phoenix, AZ, and Indianapolis, IN, and in Triple 5 Group, LLC for Pittsburgh, PA. They will open they will eight, three and five Labs, respectively.

Corporate and individual members can choose from dedicated offices, team rooms, and coworking memberships. Members can drop in and work at any of the growing network of Serendipity Labs locations for use of the Lab café, work lounges, and private focus rooms across the country and 70 locations in China through a partner network. Each Lab is available for off-site and evening events. Local staff curate an ongoing series of cultural events, talks and art shows, and regularly host professional and industry-specific networking events. The Serendipity Labs technology platform is Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA compliant. Corporate memberships offer centralized billing and reporting.
