• Jon Carman, Senior Vice President & Head of Sales - Mr. Carman is an accomplished and charismatic leader with over a decade of HVAC sales and training experience and a deep understanding of sales strategies and cycles within both retail and corporate environments. Jon has trained thousands of individuals and HVAC company owners across North America on all aspects of the HVAC contracting business. Jon will lead the company's sales and training functions. 
  
• Adam Weber, Senior Vice President Accounting & Finance - Mr. Weber brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to Service 1^st from a tenured career at leading institutions across Big Four public accounting, private equity, and management consulting, including most recently as a senior professional at Booz Allen Hamilton. Adam will lead the company's accounting, finance, and information technology verticals.
  
• Thomas Towe, Vice President Contractor Development - Mr. Towe joins Service 1^st from Lennox International, Inc. where he spent over three decades focused on the residential HVAC industry, most recently as Director of Field Marketing for Lennox. Tom will lead the company's contractor development initiatives with a focus on identifying and evaluating Premier Program^TM authorized contractors.
