The first agreement is with an existing franchise group, ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance, who added portions of Atlanta as a third territory. The other is with a new franchisee David Dragicevich of ServiceMaster Janitorial by Zvon for a Syracuse, N.Y. territory.
