Seth Darmstadter Joins Outcome Health as General Counsel

CHICAGO, Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Outcome Health, which provides health intelligence in moments of care to improve patient outcomes, today announced the appointment of Seth Darmstadter as its General Counsel. In this new role, Darmstadter will oversee Outcome Health's legal affairs, ethics, corporate policies, regulatory and compliance; Darmstadter will report to Chief Executive Officer Rishi Shah.

Darmstadter most recently co-founded the Chicago office of Michelman & Robinson LLP (M&R), a premiere boutique law firm, where he was a Partner in the firm's Commercial & Business Litigation Practice Group. During his time at K&L Gates, and then M&R, Darmstadter frequently innovated alongside his high-growth technology company clientele as a strategic partner for clients across ad tech, health tech, media tech, tech manufacturing, social media, green energy, music, integrated marketing and communications businesses.

Darmstadter's appointment follows the company's recent announcement of Outcome Tower, its new global headquarters, with room to grow to 2,400 Chicago-based employees.
