The new facility adds meaningfully to Settle's broader lending capacity, enabling the company to serve larger businesses and deliver financing solutions that traditional lenders have long failed to provide.

The facility is the latest in a series of institutional commitments that underscore Settle's growing credit track record and expanding platform. The company previously closed a $280 million revolving credit facility co-led by Citibank and Atalaya in 2022, and a $145 million credit facility from Silicon Valley Bank in 2023.
