SharesPost 100 Fund, Which Democratizes Access to Late-Stage Private Innovation Companies, Completes Investment Advisor Transition

NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Street Advisors, Inc. ("Liberty Street") today announced that the SharesPost 100 Fund (the "Fund")(Tickers: PIIVX, PRIVX, PRLVX) has completed its transition to Liberty Street as the investment advisor to the Fund. The Fund was formerly advised by SP Investments Management, LLC. ("SPIM"). The Fund is a non-diversified, closed end interval fund investing in private, operating, late-stage, venture-backed, growth companies. 

SPIM's former CIO, Christian Munafo, and the entire SPIM investment team have joined Liberty Street. The team continues to reside in the San Francisco Bay area, maintaining close proximity to its deep relationships throughout Silicon Valley and the entire venture capital ecosystem. The Fund's governance structure, board of trustees and service providers have not changed, resulting in a seamless transition for the Fund's shareholders.

As of November 30, 2020, the Fund's assets under management were over $269 million.
