Shark Tank Phenom Cousins Maine Lobster Plans Food Truck Visit to Des Moines

Cousins Maine Lobster will be on the road, visiting the De Moines, IA area February 12^th – 16^th, 2025, serving up their famous Maine lobster rolls. The brand is seeking new franchisees for the market.

DES MOINES, Iowa, Feb. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Local seafood lovers will be excited to hear that Cousins Maine Lobster has planned a road trip to Central Iowa for February 12^th – 16^th, 2025. The iconic food truck brand, made famous as one of the top five all-time investments on Shark Tank, will be serving up Maine's most coveted comfort foods, including their famous warm and buttery wild-caught lobster rolls, savory New England clam chowder, and fan favorites like lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese and even loaded lobster tots!

The tour, led by the company's Nashville TN team, will visit the Des Moines metro, as well as the Northern suburbs of Marshalltown and Ames. During the summer of 2024, Cousins Maine Lobster began conducting a series of road trips to build brand awareness and gauge market potential across the Midwest. CML received a warm welcome throughout the tours, attracting large crowds, creating strong partnerships with local venues, and ultimately established a loyal fan base and following on social media. They're actively seeking new franchise owners for Iowa.
