MAHWAH, N.J., Dec. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, announces a new series of 10 mid-to-high-volume color document systems offered in two distinct varieties, the Advanced Series and Essentials Series. Built on a clean sheet, single-engine design, this new family of color MFPs empowers businesses of every size to choose the performance and features they need, while taking advantage of the learning curve of a common interface. Businesses will also appreciate the common toner supplies on all ten models.

Designed to provide users with a seamless, intuitive experience for every price point, the latest color MFP models give businesses the confidence in knowing their jobs will come out right the first time, every time.

Color Advanced Series: MX-3070N, MX-3570N, MX-4070N, MX-5070N, and MX-6070N

The MX-3070N, MX-3570N, MX-4070N, MX-5070N and MX-6070N models offer speeds of 30ppm, 35ppm, 40ppm, 50ppm and 60ppm respectively and are packed with easy-to-use, innovative features to help businesses manage their workflow more efficiently. Built on the platform of Sharp's latest technology, these models also offer many productivity enhancements, such as high speed scanning up to 200 images per minute and a walk-up motion sensor that brings the machine to ready condition within 10 seconds.

The color Advanced Series is designed with users in mind, enabling them to easily set up and execute their workflow tasks. These models are equipped with Sharp's next-generation touchscreen display, offering businesses an intuitive graphical interface with Easy Copy and Easy Scan screens, as well as quick access to an integrated on-board operation guide. The MX-3050N, MX-3550N, MX-4050N, MX-5050N, and MX-6050N offer out-of-box copying, network printing and network scanning at speeds of 30ppm, 35ppm, 40ppm, 50ppm and 60ppm respectively.

The new MX-3070N, MX-3570N and MX-4070N Advanced Series color document systems are available immediately for purchase via authorized Sharp dealers and direct sales. The MX-3050N, MX-3550N and MX-4050N Essentials Series color document systems will be available in the first quarter of 2016. The MX-5070N and MX-6070N Advanced Series color document systems and the MX-5050N and MX-6050N Essentials Series color document systems will be available in the second quarter of 2016.
