A U.S. Bankruptcy Court sale of the 3.57-acre parcel will be held on December 10.
The site is located less than 10 miles from Manhattan and under two miles from Newark Liberty International Airport. The parcel was originally part of the Celadon development, a proposed community that envisioned capitalizing on the prime waterfront property in the New York metropolitan area.
