Planners whose meetings actualize at the Sheraton Atlanta between October 1st, 2011 and June 30th, 2012 are eligible for a "Secret Santa" gift, determined based on size and scope of the meeting booked. This gift can benefit the organization, meeting planner or a charity so everyone should be eligible for this once in a lifetime offer.

"Secret Santa" groups must be contracted by December 31, 2011 to be eligible for promotion. The offer is not applicable to meetings contracted at the Sheraton Atlanta prior to September 15, 2011 and the gift receiver is responsible for any required disclosure.
