Sherpany Announces Today to Integrate Digital Circular Resolution Into its Boardroom Application to Support 100% Remote Decision Taking
ZURICH, Oct. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Sherpany integrates the "digital Circular Resolution (dCR)" into its Boardroom Platform, the perfect way to take a digital resolution without attending a meeting nor a conference call. For enterprise customers, the Digital Circular Resolution is a free service in all Boardrooms they currently use. For customers with the starter package, they can subscribe for the dCR for an additional fee of per room and month.
Sherpany's dCR enables customers to take decision remotely and in an asynchronous way. Often, resolutions need to be passed in between board meetings, are of a more formal nature or formalize decisions, which have been pre-discussed in board meetings. Examples are the nomination of signatories, formal decision to appoint a member of top management once contractual arrangements are agreed or the sign-off of an investment, once all parameters are known.
With Sherpany's dCR feature, these decisions can now been taken in a fully digital manner, compliant with Art. 713 II Swiss Code of Obligations and Art. 2475. "Amministrazione delle società" from the Italian Civil Code and §107 and §108 Aktiengesetz in Germany.
