SHIFT Communications Expands Senior Leadership Team in Boston

BOSTON, Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SHIFT Communications today announced the expansion of its Boston senior leadership team with the promotion of Katie McGraw and Dominic Weeks to Vice President. The announcement continues the growth reflected early in the quarter that also featured three key promotions and included the creation of the Agency's Integrated Services department.

Katie McGraw will lead SHIFT's growing healthcare practice out of Boston. In 2011, she was an instrumental player in launching SHIFT's healthcare practice, and after a brief two-year reprieve at Nuance Communications, she returned to SHIFT to continue her efforts. With more than 12 years of experience in healthcare PR and communications, her client work spans notable brands such as McKesson, HIMSS and Welltok. McGraw also holds a seat on the healthcare advisory board for the Mass Tech Leadership Council.

Rounding out the new senior management positions is Dominic Weeks who will lead the charge on several of Boston's B2B and tech public relations accounts. Weeks has been with SHIFT for over five years, joining from London-based agency Fishburn Hedges. Specializing in technology, security and financial services accounts, he has a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and delivering valued strategic counsel to clients from blue chip corporations to start-ups. Weeks has also been responsible for expanding SHIFT's international network and will continue to lead this effort in his new role.
