Shoppes at Apple Greene welcomes the first Marshalls to Calvert County, Maryland

DUNKIRK, Md., July 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ECHO Realty and Marrick Partners are excited to announce Marshalls will be joining the Shoppes at Apple Greene, located in Dunkirk, Maryland. The 21,000 square foot Marshalls will become the second anchor at the Shoppes at Apple Greene along with Harris Teeter. Construction started on the 48,000 square foot Harris Teeter. In addition to the Harris Teeter and Marshalls, there will be 30,000 square feet for additional stores, restaurants, and service providers.
