Shot Spirits Corporation to Issue Stock Dividend of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. to Its Shareholders of Record as of April 5, 2010

LEESBURG, Va., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Shot Spirits Corporation (Pink Sheets: SSPT) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a dividend of restricted common stock of Green Bridge Industries, Inc., (Pink Sheets: GRBG), for shareholders of record as of April 5, 2010, with a payment date no later than May 5, 2010. Shot Spirits shareholders are to receive 1 share of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. stock for every 33 shares they own of Shot Spirits Corporation, as of the Record Date; no fractional shares shall be issued. Green Bridge Industries is currently trading at approximately $.002 per share.

Green Bridge Industries acquired majority control of Shot Spirits in late October of 2009.  Green Bridge Industries then appointed new management with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. As part of the acquisition agreement, shareholders of Shot Spirits were to receive restricted shares of Green Bridge Industries, although details of this dividend were not released until today.  A total of over 15,000,000 shares of GRBG are expected to be sent out as a dividend to shareholders of Shot Spirits.
