FAIRFAX, Va., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Shoun, Bach, Walinsky & Curran is excited to announce that three attorneys have joined their family law firm, expanding their roster to fourteen attorneys.
Jason Weis, previously of The West Law Group, has been practicing for six years and is admitted to Virginia and Maryland State Bars.
"I'm quite pleased with my decision to join SBWC; few firms have a more well-deserved reputation for providing exceptional legal representation and even fewer offer clients access to the breadth of family law experience here," said Mr. Weis, who also contributes to a Virginia family law blog sharing research and his opinions on legal matters.
Keenan Goldsby, previously of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell, has been practicing for over sixteen years and also serves as a Motion Conciliator in the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
"I am very excited about joining a firm which enjoys such a great reputation in the Northern Virginia legal community for both the quality of its advocacy as well as the quality of its people," said Mr. Goldsby, who was recently recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for 2011.
Sonya Powell, previously of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell, has been practicing sixteen years and is a volunteer lecturer for the Devonshire Program.
"Everyone has made me feel so welcome and the collaborative atmosphere of this firm makes it fun and challenging to go to work every day," said Ms. Powell, who is also honored to be part of "one of the best domestic relations firms in the state."
