ShowStoppers @ IFA 2011 – the official press event of IFA -- is scheduled for 1 Sept. 2011. The invitation-only event organizes company launches, product introductions, sneak previews and demonstrations for journalists and industry analysts attending IFA, www.ifa-berlin.com.
This is the fourth annual event that ShowStoppers will produce in Berlin at IFA, continuing press activities that began with IFA 2008. Last year's event, ShowStoppers @ IFA 2010, doubled in size, generating a deluge of coverage produced by nearly 600 invited journalists.

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Tab at IFA 2010, and the closing international keynote was delivered by Eric Schmidt, chief executive officer of Google Inc.
