Shutterfly Print Pioneer Joins Photobucket Board of Directors

DENVER, Nov. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Photobucket Corporation, a leading online photo sharing and print community, today announced the appointment of Dave Bagshaw to its Board of Directors. Having formerly served as CEO of Shutterfly, Bagshaw brings extensive industry and board level expertise to Photobucket.

Dave Bagshaw was CEO of Shutterfly from 2003-2005. He established Shutterfly's foothold in the digital photo print merchandise market. Bagshaw's impressive background includes over 35 years of experience at notable companies such as Silicon Graphics, @Home Networks, Excite@Home, and Shutterfly. Most recently Bagshaw has been Chairman of the Board for Riekes Center for Human Enhancement and EVP of Corporate Development and member of the Board of Directors for Renewable Funding. He is a mentor for Boost VC and works with Enmetric and University Games as well. Bagshaw earned his BSME and his MBA from Stanford University.
